Bell Tent Glamping for festivals across Wales, Herefordshire and Bristol

Convenience and comfort are becoming increasingly important to potential customers when deciding which festivals and events to visit. We can provide a reliable service whereby all the Glamping bookings are made directly with us, the guests are welcomed on arrival, and looked after during their stay. We’ll do all this whilst providing you the event organiser, with a healthy revenue stream.

Glamping Wales have been providing bell tent glamping villages at events since 2014, including Hay Literature festival, Beyond the Border Storytelling and Russell Brand’s ‘Community’. For the last three years we have also hosted our own family orientated, festival style glamping village, Starry Meadow.

We have a stock of 100 fully furnished 5m Bell Tents, these canvas structures provide a spacious, light, breathable space in which to retreat. Our beds are all futon style with real mattresses and memory foam toppers ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.

We can offer different levels of comfort ranging from a budget friendly bare bell tent with flooring, right up to our bells and whistles option which includes full furnishing, linen and towels.

Our Standard furnished package includes the following:

• 5m bell tent

• Fitted flooring

• Futon beds with real mattresses and memory foam toppers

• Decorative bedside tables

• Mirror

• Bunting and fairylights

• Battery or electric lamp

• Doormat and waste bin
